Dog Days of Summer 2020

Thanks to a global pandemic, Canandaigua Canine Campus was closed (along with the city’s other playgrounds and courts) for a few months. Now open, our furry friends are blissfully unaware of the term “social distancing” and back to having their fun in the sun! Memberships are understandably–and substantially–down from last year. 137 owners are registered to date and this would be considered peak season under normal circumstances. For comparison, we ended last year with 260 pet parents using the park with their pups. Still…it is wonderful to have a safe space for unleashed play and exercise! Think pawsitive, have fun and stay safe out there!
